I just turned 33, and the last decade of my life has been dedicated to stepping up into who I truly AM.

My dreams of song and singing were engendered in the womb and young childhood, by parents who loved to sing. 

​

My spiritual crisis arrived in the form of a young man at age 20, cascading into 7 years of spiritual seeking and exploration. 

​

I have been on incredible journeys across the world, and incredible journeys within, from the crystal shores of Kauai, the jungle gardens of Bali, redwood forests of Santa Cruz, the Tiger's Nest of Bhutan, the detox-retox bays of Koh Phangan and warehouse lofts of Singapore. I've created communities through my space URBAN SPIRIT in downtown Singapore, and embarked on a personal journey of empowerment, moving to Ubud, Bali in 2019.

All I've ever wanted however, was to be a singer. And my spiritual crisis propelled a deep desire within me to trigger Freedom and be in service to others in suffering.

My teachers I pay deep respect to include Amma Sophia Rose (Founder of Sonic Bowl Alchemy, Sonic Love Alchemy trainings), Pi Villaraza (of eco-village Maia and founder of the Inner Dance movement), and the numerous authors and spiritual teachers in books I stumbled across along my way.

My way is the way of the Rose, the feminine shamanic, but also I have a logical side of my brain that loves to tie in the physics, mechanics and grounded explanations accessible to everyone. 

​

I grew up in Singapore, glitz, structure, consumerism and control. A multi-cultural grounding, and a deeply South-East Asian sensibility, coupled with a Western knack for freedom and independence.
